Equipment and trucks that work outside
Heavy equipment and work trucks take a beating. Every chip from gravel or a bucket strike lets water reach the steel, and rust creeps under the paint from there. We degrease it first and cover up whatever should stay free of paint. Then we blast the rusted areas back to metal and put on a coating made for equipment.
Tank linings and tank coatings
A tank lining has a harder job than the paint on the outside. It sits against whatever the tank holds, all day, and if it lets go the product is touching bare steel. That is why the inside gets blasted to clean metal and the lining goes on at the thickness the spec calls for. Plural component spray is on our service list, and a lot of linings go on that way.
Jobs that come with a coating spec

We come to your site
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday to Sunday Closed. Outside those hours use the form and we answer the next working day.
We cover industrial equipment painting, storage container painting, sandblasting, truck and trailer painting, pipe painting and coating and frac tank coatings and linings. Every one of them has its own page with what is included.
We work in Fillmore, Nokomis, Hillsboro, Vandalia, Pana, Litchfield and Greenville. If you are just outside that, call and ask, we will tell you straight.

Both. Anything that can be hauled can come to our temperature controlled paint shop in Fillmore. A tank or a steel structure that cannot move gets blasted and painted in the field.
New paint sticks to whatever is under it. If that is rust or an old coating that is already letting go, the new coat fails right along with it. Blasting takes the steel down to clean, rough metal so the coating has something to grip.
