Repainting heavy equipment and trucks

Equipment gets repainted for one of two reasons. Either the paint is failing and rust is starting at the edges and welds. Or the owner wants the machine looking right before it goes back to work or up for sale. The prep is the same in both cases, and it is where most of the hours go.

Coating tanks and structural steel

Tanks and structural steel get the same start, a blast down to clean metal. After that the coating depends on the job. The outside of a tank or a steel beam has to stand up to weather. The inside of a tank needs a lining that stands up to whatever is stored in it.

Storage containers and concrete floors

Storage containers rust first on the roof and along the bottom rails, where water sits. We blast those areas and paint the whole box so it sheds water again. Concrete floor coating is on our list too, for shops and plants that want a floor that cleans up easily.
